• $25,000 Presidential Diamond (includes 10 complimentary attendee registrations – separate registration form required for each complimentary attendee)
• $20,000 Presidential Plus (includes 8 complimentary attendee registrations – separate registration form required for each complimentary attendee)
• $15,000 Presidential (includes 6 complimentary attendee registrations – separate registration form required for each complimentary attendee)
• $10,000 Platinum (includes 4 complimentary attendee registrations – separate registration form required for each complimentary attendee)
• $7,500 Gold (includes 3 complimentary attendee registrations – separate registration form required for each complimentary attendee)
• $5,000 Silver (includes 2 complimentary attendee registrations – separate registration form required for each complimentary attendee)
• $3,000 Bronze (includes 1 complimentary attendee registration – separate registration form required for the complimentary attendee)
• $1,000 Angel Plus

Anyone using a complimentary registration MUST complete the registration process on the complimentary registrations page. Complimentary registrations will be verified for eligibility prior to confirmation.
