- $20,000 Presidential Plus (includes 8 complimentary attendee registrations – separate registration form required for each complimentary attendee)
- $15,000 Presidential (includes 6 complimentary attendee registrations – separate registration form required for each complimentary attendee)
- $10,000 Platinum (includes 4 complimentary attendee registrations – separate registration form required for each complimentary attendee)
