2025 Conference Hotel Options

• Our hotel overlooks the Cape Fear River and Battleship North Carolina, with direct access to Wilmington Convention Center. The Wilmington Downtown Riverwalk passes by our door, and we’re a half-mile from the Historic District. • Embassy Suites reservations requires a credit card deposit which will be charged to your card. If you wish to cancel, please do so 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties.
• The NCAA Reservation Cutoff Date is Friday, March 1, 2025.  Reservations received after this date or after the block is filled are subject to prevailing rates and availability.
• Accessible and Pet rooms have limited availability; $75.00 non-refundable fee, $75(1-4n), $125(5+n). 2 pets Max, dog/cat only.
• Current overnight parking charges for in-house guests are as follows (subject to change): $22.00 per day for outside self-parking or garage parking, and $30.00 per day for valet parking. Separate parking charges will apply for day guests.
• Smoking; A fee of up to 250 USD will be assessed for smoking in a non-smoking room. Please ask the Front Desk for locations of designated outdoor smoking areas.
