The Moore County Airport Authority is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested and qualified Design-Build firms for the design and construction of a corporate hangar at Moore County Airport. The work includes, but is not limited to, design and construction of a 10,000 square foot aircraft storage hangar and associated site work. The site work is anticipated to include, but is not limited to, construction of hangar slab and foundation, concrete aircraft parking apron, pedestrian sidewalk, minor site grading, and utility connections.
